Description of the role:

To assist the Exams Team Leader in ensuring that all aspects of examinations administration are conducted effectively and efficiently.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following areas:

  • Ensure awarding body and College guidelines and procedures relating to exams are complied with and provide guidance to lecturers and students.
  • Support the Exams Team Leader in all matters relating to examinations.
  • Liaise with managers, course leaders, and subject lecturers to confirm the qualifications for each group of students.
  • Assist with the collection of exam re-sit fees.
